I thought it would have a variety of kinds of baking..it had over 1/2 of the book chocolate the other half not a variety it is a big disappointment

I think this is, hands down, the most gorgeous cookbook I've ever seen. The care and artistry is amazing. You will love this cookbook.

This huge tomb is a full 400 pages of deliciousness! I’ve made white chocolate Amaretti Bundt Cake (swoon), Chocolate and raspberry marshmallow slice, caramel cheesecake, and choc cherry and coconut bars so far! Love, love this Baking Book !!

Divided into 5 flavor sections, (chocolate, caramel, spice, fruit and cream), with a recipe chapter, a quick recipe chapter and a healthy recipe chapter of each flavor. Very creative idea for a cookbook. When you are stuck for a dessert idea this is your book. Donna Hays recipe always work for me, (disclosure; I am Australian).

Loved the whole book, from zero to hero in learning to make some amazing recipes. Your friends and family will enjoy the fruits of your new found yummy recipes

fantastic book

Gorgeous book indeed, and I immediately wanted to make the very first recipe, on p. 12, "Chocolate and Maple Banana Cake". I followed the instructions religiously, using the exact mold size and shape called for. The batter filled it up within about 1/2 an inch of the top, but I thought, well maybe this cake will not rise very much and I went ahead with the baking of it. Within 15 minutes, I had cake batter all over the floor of my oven. Now, I am a VERY experienced baker, there is no way that I misinterpreted anything at all that would have caused this massive overflow in the oven. I am definitely not making anything else from this book and am returning it for a refund at the bookstore where I got it.
